field list

In a form and report, a small window listing all fields in an underlying record source. In a Microsoft Access database, you can display a field list in Design view for forms, reports, and queries, and in the Relationships window. Microsoft Access displays the appropriate field list in the filter windows. In a Microsoft Access project, you can display a field list in Design view for forms and reports, or you can display an input source (the equivalent to a field list) in a view or SQL statement.

In a data access page, a window listing the databases record sources and their fields, which you can add and bind to the page.

In a PivotTable list control, a window listing the fields added to the PivotTable list from the data access pages field list. These fields comprise the data available for the PivotTable list in Page view or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
