Make an existing Web page into a data access page

  1. In the Database window, click Pages aa207782(v=office.10).md under Objects.

  2. Click the New button on the Database window toolbar.

  3. In the New Data Access Page dialog box, click Existing Web page.

  4. Click OK.

  5. In the Locate Web Page dialog box, find the Web page or HTML file that you want to open.

  6. Click Open.

Microsoft Access displays the page in Design view, where you can modify the page.

Notes  

  • When you save a Web page in Microsoft Access, Access creates a shortcut to the HTML file in the Database window.

  • You can find a Web page by using the Search the Web button in the Locate Web Page dialog box. Save a copy of the page by using the Save As command on the File menu in Internet Explorer and then begin this procedure again to open the page in Design view.
