Method that is called when the system is preparing for a restore.

  The object calling this event.

  Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.Backup.SPRestoreInformation

  The backup information for the object.

Returns Boolean.

Remarks

This function should not be called by anything except the backup/restore process.
