SPEncode.WriteUrlEncodeWithQuote method

Encodes the specified string, converting special characters to quoted UTF-8 format, and writes the string in quotation marks to the HTTP output content stream.

Parameters

• response
  Type: System.Web.HttpResponse

  The System.HttpResponse object for the current HTTP request.

• str
  Type: System.String

  The string to encode as a URL.

• quoteChar
  Type: System.Char

  A System.Char object that specifies the character to use for quotation marks.
