SP.Field.typeAsString property (sp.js)

Gets or sets a value that specifies the type of the field.

var value = SP.Field.get_typeAsString ()

var value = SP.Field.set_typeAsString ()

Return value

Type: String

A string that represents the field type.

Remarks

It must not be null. It must not be empty.
