SqlCeResultSet.SetDefault Method

Sets the specified column to its default value.

Parameters

  • ordinal
    The ordinal position of the column to set.

Remarks

If no default constraint is defined for the column, this function sets the column to a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

An exception is thrown if the row is not marked as updatable.

An exception is thrown if no field exists at the specified position.
