Gets an IDTSBLOBObject90 that is used to read and write the bytes in a column in an IDTSBuffer90.

Parameters

hRow
The handle of the row.

hCol
The handle of the column.

Return Value

An IDTSBLOBObject90 object.

Remarks

The IDTSBLOBObject90 object can be used to manipulate the data in a binary large object (BLOB) column.
