Adds an ApplicationDatabaseFileGroup to the ApplicationDatabaseFileGroupCollection.

Each ApplicationDatabaseFileGroup must be unique.

The following examples show how to add a filegroup for a Notification Services application database:

    new ApplicationDatabaseFileGroup(adb, "PRIMARY");
adb.ApplicationDatabaseFileGroups.Add(adb_fg);
