Starts the population of the full-text catalog.

Parameters
- action
A CatalogPopulationAction object that specifies the type of action to take when populating the full-text catalog.
Remarks
If Full is specified, the entire catalog is fully populated, causing all index data to be retrieved. If Incremental is specified, only changed data will be indexed based on available timestamp data.
This method is provided for backward compatibility. Its use is not recommended.
This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
