There are additional tasks that you can perform to clean up the report and make it easier to read. In this lesson, you will add a title to your report and format the title text, and then format the data in the report layout.
To format and style report items, you can use the Formatting and Border toolbars or the Format dialog box.
To add text to a text box
In the Click to add title text box, double-click inside the box.
Type Number of Sales Orders Per Customer.
Click anywhere outside of the text box.
To format the text in a text box
Select the title text box.
Right-click the title text box, and then select Format.
The Format dialog box opens with the Alignment tab selected.
In the Horizontal list, select Center.
In the Vertical list, select Middle.
Click OK.
To format the data in the report layout
In the report layout, select the report headings.
Right-click the selected items, and then click Format.
In the Format dialog box, select the Font tab.
In the Size list, select 10.

On the Number tab, select General from the Format list.
On the Alignment tab, select Center in the Horizontal list.
