Explanation

The service's inability to start might be the result of a damaged installation or an inappropriate service account.
Possible Causes
This message might appear because of one of the following problems:
The installation of Integration Services is damaged.
The service account that was specified for the Integration Services service does not have the required level of permissions.
User Action
Depending on why the Integration Services service did not start, you might have to take one of the following steps:
Re-run Setup to repair the damaged installation of Integration Services.
Use SQL Server Configuration Manager, a Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in, to select a different service account for the Integration Services service. If you do not change the default value, the Integration Services service runs under the Network Service account.
