Namespace: System.Data.Caching
Assembly: CacheBaseLibrary (in cachebaselibrary.dll)

'Declaration
Public Sub New ( _
sinkType As SinkType _
)
'Usage
Dim sinkType As SinkType
Dim instance As New LogSink(sinkType)
public LogSink (
SinkType sinkType
)
public:
LogSink (
SinkType sinkType
)
public LogSink (
SinkType sinkType
)
public function LogSink (
sinkType : SinkType
)
Parameters
- sinkType
The type of log sink, represented by the SinkType enumeration.
Remarks
The LogSink class is used by the CreateLogSinks method to enable individual log sinks on the cache client programmatically.
If a file-based sink is selected, the default file naming convention is: where $ is replaced by the windows process identifier (PID), and dd-hh by the time format of "date-hour":
DCacheTrace[$]/dd-hh
