EnumPublicationAccesses Method
This feature will be removed in a future version of Microsoft SQL Server. Avoid using this feature in new development work, and plan to modify applications that currently use this feature.
The EnumPublicationAccesses method returns a QueryResults object that enumerates Microsoft SQL Server logins.

Remarks
When bReturnGrantedis TRUE, the result set enumerates those login records in the publication access list.
When bReturnGranted is FALSE (default), the result set enumerates login records not in the publication access list.
