Edit Chart Value Dialog Box, Data Series Tab (Report Designer)

Use the Series tab of the Edit Chart Value dialog box to define the series type and data bindings used in the chart.
For range and bubble chart types, you will need to specify more than one Y value so that the chart type can be drawn correctly. For all values, you can click the expression (fx) button to edit the expression.
Options
- Series type
Select the type for the series. For each type, you can also select a sub-type to further specify the series type.
- Series Appearance
Click the Series Appearance button to modify the appearance properties of the series.
- Legend label
Type the label that will be displayed in the legend to describe the series.
- Value X
Type or select a field or an expression that evaluates to the values that will be used on the x axis.
- Value Y
Type or select a field or an expression that evaluates to the values that will be used on the y axis.
- Bubble Size
Type or select a value or an expression that evaluates to the size of the bubbles displayed in a bubble chart. Applies only to bubble charts.
- High
Type or select a value or an expression that evaluates to a high value in a stock chart. Applies only to stock and candlestick charts.
- Low
Type or select a value or an expression that evaluates to the low value in a stock chart. Applies only to stock and candlestick charts.
- Open
Type or select a value or an expression that evaluates to the open value in a stock chart. Applies only to stock and candlestick charts.
- Close
Type or select a value or an expression that evaluates to the close value in a stock chart. Applies only to stock and candlestick charts.
