Type: System.Boolean
A Boolean value that specifies whether access to the collection is thread safe.
If True, access to the collection is synchronized.
If False (default), access to the collection is not synchronized.
Remarks
Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are safe for multithreaded operations. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
