Manages all the breakpoints that are set in on a task. This class cannot be inherited.

Remarks
Tasks create breakpoints by calling the CreateBreakpointTarget method of the BreakpointManager and providing an ID and description of the breakpoint as parameters to the method. When a task reaches the point in its code that contains the breakpoint, it evaluates the breakpoint to see if it should suspend execution. Execution is suspended if the IsBreakpointTargetEnabled is true. If true, the task notifies the run-time engine by raising the OnBreakpointHit event. Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
