DTP_DBTIMESTAMP Structure
This API supports the SQL Server 2012 infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
A timestamp structure that consists of year, month, day, hour, minute, second, and fractional seconds. The fractional seconds have a maximum scale of 3 digits.
