You may get an error when opening the recovery expert web site

When opening the recovery expert web site, you may get the following error:

404 - Page not found error

This happens when the Active Server Pages web extension is disabled in Internet Information Services (IIS). Recovery expert requires this extension in order to function.

WORKAROUND:   Enable Active Server Pages web extension in IIS.
