User Action
On the Administrative Tools menu, click Local Security Policy. Expand Local Policies, and then click User Rights Assignment. Right-click Allow log on locally policy, and then click Properties. Click Add User or Groups, and then add the DPMReport account. If the DPMReport account is listed in the Deny log on locally policy, remove it.
