Retrieves a collection of monitoring alerts that match the specified criteria and change time.

  The most recent date and time since the scope alerts changed.

Type: System.Collections.ObjectModel.ReadOnlyCollection<MonitoringAlert>

Returns aReadOnlyCollection<T> object ofMonitoringAlert objects.
