ICCMTargetedUpdate::GetName Method

The GetName method, in Configuration Manager, gets the software update name.

     LanguageId  uLangId,
     BSTR*  pbstrUpdateName
);

Parameters

  • uLangId
    Data type: LanguageId

    Qualifiers: [in]

    The ID of the language that is associated with the update.

  • pbstrUpdateName
    Data type: BSTR

    Qualifiers: [out, retval]

    Pointer to the update name.

Return Values

An HRESULT code. Possible values include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • S_OK
    The method succeeded.

Remarks

The caller is responsible for calling the string manipulation function SysFreeString when finished with the name string.
