ManagementPack.ProcessTemplate Method (ManagementPackTemplate, String, ManagementPackReferenceCollection, String, String, String)

Processes the provided template with the given configuration and inserts the results into this management pack by using the folder information.

Parameters

• template
  The template to process.

• configuration
  The configuration for the template.

• references
  Additional references defined in the configuration of the template. Optional.

• folderName
  The folder to put the output in.

• folderDisplayName
  The folder’s display name.

• folderDescription
  The folder description.

Return Value

The management pack output folder.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
XmlSchemaException	The configuration was not valid for this template.
Exception	Processing the template failed. See inner exception for detailed information.
ArgumentNullException	The template or configuration was null.
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	This occurs when configuration.Length = 0
ArgumentException	Additional references contained nonvalid references.
