Methods

	Name	Description
	CreateBitsJob(IMessage, BitsJobType, EventHandler<BitsJobEventArgs>, BitsFileInfo[])	Creates a BITS job from an existing message. The job will not start until Resume is called.
	TransferFiles(IMessage, BitsJobType, BitsFileInfo[])	Transfers files by using BITS.

Thread Safety

Any public static ( Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
