Configure Remote Assistance Page

Use this page to specify whether to set up Remote Assistance on the Management Server and on managed computers. This allows remote access to the UI on managed computers. You must be logged on with Domain Administrator or Group Policy Administrator credentials for this page to be displayed.

This page contains the options described in the following table.

No, do not enable Remote Assistance

Requires you to go to remote managed computers to administer them

Yes, enable Remote Assistance

Enables remote management of managed computers. You must be logged on with Domain Administrator or Group Policy Administrator credentials to select this option.
