System Center Service Manager 2010 SP1 Upgrade Guide

You can upgrade System Center Service Manager 2010 (version 7.0.5826.x) to System Center Service Manager 2010 SP1 (version 7.0.6555.x). We recommend that you test this upgrade in a lab environment before attempting to upgrade any installation in a production environment.
Warning
It is assumed in this guide that you are performing an upgrade to Service Manager SP1.
