Configuring a Forwarding Address
You can configure a public folder to send a copy of incoming mail to a user's mailbox or to another public folder (or to multiple destinations) using the Exchange General tab.

To configure a forwarding address for a public folder, click Delivery Options on the Exchange General tab of the public folder's Properties dialog box. The Delivery Options dialog box appears.

In the Delivery Options dialog box, you can set up a forwarding address by configuring the following options:
Forwarding address Specifies an e-mail address (other than that of the public folder) where messages that are addressed to the public folder will be delivered. Specify one of the following:
None Messages will only be delivered to the public folder. This is the default setting.
Forward to Forwards all e-mail messages that are addressed to the public folder to a designated user. To create a list of users, click Modify.
Deliver messages to both forwarding address and folder When this check box is selected, all e-mail messages that are addressed to this public folder are delivered to both the public folder and a user who you specify. If this check box is not selected, only the user will receive the e-mail messages.
