How to Configure Diagnostic Logging for DSN

 

Use the following procedure to configure diagnostic logging for DSN.

Procedure

To configure diagnostic logging for DSN

  1. Start Exchange System Manager: Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.

  2. In the console tree, expand Servers.

  3. Right-click the server you want, and then click Properties.

  4. In <Server Name> Properties, click the Diagnostics Logging tab.

  5. Under Services, click MSExchangeTransport.

  6. Under Categories, click NDR.

  7. Under Logging level, click None, Minimum, Medium, or Maximum. Click Maximum for troubleshooting purposes.
