This topic explains how to set the per-user Recipient Limit.
Before You Begin
When you modify the per-user Recipient Limit value, the new value takes effect when the user logs on the next time. By default, the global Recipient Limit is set to 5,000 and the per-user Recipient Limit is set to use the global Recipient Limit.
Either at the console or through a terminal session, log on using an account that is a member of both of the following:
The Administrators group on the local computer.
A group to which at least the Exchange Administrators role has been applied at the Organizational level.
