Assigning Telephony Channels to Speech Applications
To establish the voice communication path between a caller and a speech application that handles incoming calls, use Speech Application Deployment Service (SADS) to assign the appropriate telephony channel to the application. The manner in which you assign channels to applications varies depending on:
The type of telephony board you are using: analog or digital
The configuration of the private branch exchange (PBX) switch
