Summary of Windows EBS Installed Components

When the Installation Wizard is finished on the Messaging Server, you are finished installing Windows EBS. Specifically, you have installed the following servers, applications, and roles on your Management Server, Security Server, and Messaging Server:

Note
If you installed Windows EBS in an environment where DNS is not integrated with Active Directory Domain Services, the DNS Server role is not automatically installed on the Management Server and the Messaging Server. You must manually install the DNS Server role on those computers. For more information, see the technical article on the Microsoft Web site (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=95814).
Your servers are now functional, but they require additional configuration steps. To continue, log on to the Management Server with an account that has domain administrator privileges, start the Administration Console, and complete the tasks on the Guided Configuration and Migration Tasks page. These tasks must be finished to complete the installation process.
