Applies To: Unified Access Gateway
The following should be done before configuring the DirectAccess client section of the Forefront UAG DirectAccess Configuration Wizard:
Wizard Page | Before you run the Client Configuration section of the Wizard |
---|---|
Deployment model |
Decide whether to give DirectAccess clients access to the full intranet, or to the management servers only. |
Client Domain |
Prepare a list of all client domains that contain client computers that will be enabled for DirectAccess. |
Policy Management |
If you are using pre-created GPOs, ensure that they have been created by your administrator and that you have the correct permission to read and modify them. |
Client Groups Note If pre-configured GPOs are selected in the Policy Management page, this page does not appear in the wizard. |
Create organizational units (OUs) or security groups containing DirectAccess clients. |
