Symptoms

You receive System Message 7503.

System Message 7503
Login Error: Incorrect Company ID, User ID, or Password.

Cause

User in Microsoft Dynamics SL had a name change and their windows account was changed in Active Directory.

Resolution

A new account must be created in Dynamics SL, and the original account must be deleted.
