Customize access keys

In Microsoft Expression Web, access keys are keys you can press to access commands by using the keyboard. Access keys appear with an underscore under the shortcut letter. For example, the keyboard shortcut for the File menu is F. To use access keys, first press ALT to highlight the menu. Then you can press TAB or use the arrow keys to navigate through the menus, or you can press the access key for the menu or command that you want.

You can customize access keys by using the following procedures, or you can use the Rearrange Commands dialog box to assign or change access keys by using a keyboard menu. For more information, see Rearrange commands.
