Distribute objects
When you have three or more objects selected on your page, you can arrange them on the page so that they are positioned evenly based on edges or centers.
To distribute objects on your page
Select the objects you want to arrange.
On the Arrange menu, point to Distribute, and then click one of the following:
Top Edges Moves the objects between the top-most and bottom-most objects so that all top edges are evenly spaced in the vertical direction.
Bottom Edges Moves the objects between the top-most and bottom-most objects so that all bottom edges are evenly spaced in the vertical direction.
Left Edges Moves the objects between the left-most and right-most objects so that all the left edges are evenly spaced in the horizontal direction.
Right Edges Moves the objects between the left-most and right-most objects so that all the right edges are evenly spaced in the horizontal direction.
Vertical Centers Moves all objects between the top-most and bottom-most objects so that all the center points are evenly spaced in the vertical direction.
Horizontal Centers Moves all objects between the left-most and right-most objects so that all the center points are evenly spaced in the horizontal direction.

Tip
You can apply the last-used alignment to your objects when, in the ActionBar, you click the word Distribute (instead of the arrow next to it).
