BaselineH264VideoProfile.InLoopFilter Property

Gets or sets a value indicating whether in-loop filtering is turned on. The in-loop filter reduces blocking artifacts during encoding to improve the quality of P-frames and B-frames. Note that the setting is ignored in H.264 as it is always enabled for quality reasons.
