BaselineH264VideoProfile.MEPartitionLevel Property
Gets or sets the value for the ME Partition Level. This defines the complexity of the ME partition decision for inter-predicted frames. A smaller partition level means higher complexity and usually produces better compression capability (or better quality at the same bitrate).
