Query Wizard

Creates a selection of records based on some rules you specify.

To run the Query Wizard

  1. From the Wizards submenu on the Tools menu, choose Query.
  2. In the Wizard Selection dialog box, select Query Wizard.

Wizard Steps

Query Wizard: Step 1 – Select Fields
Query Wizard: Step 2 – Relate Tables
Query Wizard: Step 2a – Include Records
Query Wizard: Step 3 – Filter Records
Query Wizard: Step 4 - SortRecords
Query Wizard: Step 4a – Limit Records
Query Wizard: Step 5 - Finish
