When
Type: System.ObjectOne of the XlHighlightChangesTime values that specifies when the changes to be rejected were made.
Who
Type: System.ObjectA string that identifies who made the changes to be rejected. Can be "Everyone", "Everyone but Me", or the name of one of the users of the shared workbook.
Where
Type: System.ObjectAn A1-style range reference that specifies the location of the changes to be rejected.
