Verifies whether a dialog box for a form is modeless.

Property Value
Type: System.Boolean
true if the dialog box is modeless; otherwise, false.
Remarks
By default, the modeless property is set to form modal.
This property is used with CreateParams, which is called before the constructor.
When a modeless dialog box is assigned to a form, a user can open another form without closing the dialog box.
