DataParameter.HasDescriptor Property
Gets a value indicating whether the data parameter exposes its IVsDataParameterDescriptor implementation through the Descriptor property.
Namespace: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Framework
Assembly: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Framework (in Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Framework.dll)
Syntax
'Declaration
Protected Overridable ReadOnly Property HasDescriptor As Boolean
'Usage
Dim value As Boolean
value = Me.HasDescriptor
protected virtual bool HasDescriptor { get; }
protected:
virtual property bool HasDescriptor {
bool get ();
}
protected function get HasDescriptor () : boolean
Property Value
Type: System.Boolean
true if the data parameter has the descriptor information; otherwise, false.
Remarks
A client uses the Descriptor property to get information that describes the parameter. Depending on the implementation, this property could be either non-null or nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). If a derived class exposes a descriptor, its HasDescriptor property will return true and the Descriptor property will return a non-null value.
Notes to Inheritors:
The base implementation of this method returns false.
