Initializes a new instance of the OfficeRibbon class.

Remarks
Do not use this constructor to create an instance of the OfficeRibbon class. When you add a new Ribbon (Visual Designer) item to a project, Visual Studio Tools for Office creates an instance of a class that inherits from OfficeRibbon.
