Remarks
Visual Studio Tools for Office creates an instance of this class for you when you drag a ToggleButton from the Office Ribbon Controls tab of the Toolbox onto the Ribbon Designer.
You can add a RibbonToggleButton to a RibbonGroup, RibbonBox, RibbonButtonGroup, RibbonMenu, RibbonSplitButton, or the Microsoft Office Menu at design time, or at run time before the Ribbon is loaded into the Microsoft Office application.
