How to: Add Work Item Queries to the Favorites List (Team System Web Access)

You can add work item queries to your Favorites list in Team System Web Access. You can create folder and subfolder nodes in your Favorites list to organize your work item queries.

Note

You can also add Reports to your Favorites list.

Required Permissions

To perform these procedures, you must be a member of the Readers group or have the View work items in this node permission set to Allow. For more information, see Team Foundation Server Permissions.

To add a work item query to the Favorites list

  1. In Team System Web Access, click the Work Items page.

  2. Click the arrow next to a work item query that you want to add to your Favorites list, and then click Add to Favorites.

  3. In the Add to Favorites dialog box, specify a new name for the query or keep the existing name.

  4. Click the Favorites folder and then click Add.

    Note

    To organize queries into separate Favorites folders, you can click New Folder to create a new folder in the Favorites list and then add the work item query to the new folder.
