Arguments Property (Windows Installer)
Specifies the command-line arguments for the shortcut. For example, you could enter a file name here so that when the program invoked by the shortcut starts, it opens that file.
Remarks
This property accepts both literal values, such as file names and command-line arguments, and variable text strings processed at run time to resolve embedded property names, environment variable references, and other special substrings.
