Makes a log entry specifying entry type, package name, event text, and an HRESULT to store in the event record.

[in] Type of log entry, a value from the __ACTIVITYLOG_ENTRYTYPE enumeration.
- pszSource
Type: System.String
[in] Pointer to a string containing the name of the package or component making the call.
- pszDescription
Type: System.String
[in] Pointer to a string describing the event.
- hr
Type: System.Int32
[in] An HRESULT to include in the event record.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
