Gets an IVsWindowFrame the IDE can use when adding to the favorites list.

Parameters

lpszURL
Type: System.String
[in] Pointer to a string containing the URL.

dwFlags
Type: System.UInt32
[in] Reserved for future use.

ppFrame
Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.IVsWindowFrame%
[out] Pointer to a IVsWindowFrame interface that the IDE can use for creating a Web browser instance.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code. `
