ResolutionOptions.IsEncodingOverride Property
Gets or sets a flag that describes whether the encoding of the file should be overridden by that specified in the Encoding property.

True to override the encoding of the file by that specified in the Encoding property; otherwise false.
Remarks
This property must not be true at the same time as IsConvertToEncoding.
