	grfFlags	Control state. Values are taken from the __VSSWATCHRENDERFLAGS enumeration.
	hdc	HDC to render image into.
	nAltitude	Button face altitude; -1 = lowered, 0 = normal, 1 = raised.
	prc	Bounding rectangle for image.
	x	Column coordinate of cell to render.
	y	Row coordinate of cell to render.
