Parameters
- factor
Type: System.Double
A factor that is multiplied against the adorner's desired width.
- offset
Type: System.Double
An offset that is added to the result.
- relativeTo
Type: System.Windows.DependencyObject
An optional adorner. If provided, the size is relative to the adorner's width.
