Determines whether the specified PropertyIdentifier instances are considered not equal.

Parameters

• first
  Type: Microsoft.Windows.Design.Metadata.PropertyIdentifier
  The first PropertyIdentifier to compare.

• second
  Type: Microsoft.Windows.Design.Metadata.PropertyIdentifier
  The second PropertyIdentifier to compare.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if first is not equal to second; otherwise, false.
